Everyday, i wake up in the greatest mood ever. I'm a morning person. The moment i get out of bed, i smile, sing, feel like dancing. Yup, i'm living in a musical.
But for real, my days always starts in a good way. So here's how to make your morning a bit better!
Step1 - prepare : prepare you bag, lunch and all you need for the day the night before. By doing this, you won't have to rush around trying to find what you need and you'll be less worried about forgetting something.
Step 2 : the alarm : i always set my alarm an hour before i have to leave my house so i can relax and i won't be stress about doing all my things super fast. If you think an hour is not enough, put it a bit earlier. You just want to avoid being nervous and late.
Step 3 : don't snooze : i now you want to, but don't! My tip : put you phone far away from your bed ( not to far, you still want to hear the alarm). You will have to get out of bed to stop it and getting out of bed is the hardest part. Once you're up, you won't snooze it.
Step 4 - drink and food : it's important, don't skip it. I like my coffee and toasts, but you can have whatever makes you happy. Just eat.
Step 5 - getting ready : i hate taking shower in the morning, but it's a good way to help you if you're still very sleepy. I wash my face in the morning and trust me it helps. You can get ready while you drink a coffee or a jus or a smoothie.
Step 6 - the music : the first song you will listen to is important. It gives you the mood for the day. Listen to something with a good beat and great lyrics. Something that makes you want to dance and be happy.
Step 7 - Possitive : start your day by thinking "It's going to be a wonderful day" it seriously was an impact! You can make everyday extraordinary, have fun, live your life like you want it. Don't give up, if it dosen't work for this morning, it will for today or the next day.
